St. Michael’s, Inc. has received a Notice of Allowance (NOA) from the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) for its CrossPointTM, Success on Target methodology publication.  The USPTO informed St. Michael’s that the NOA applies to both the Account auditing, audit support services and the financial custody services categories.  This allows St. Michael’s to continue using CrossPointTM in its client delivery efforts.

We developed CrossPointTM to help our project leaders and customers achieve a comprehensive environment that complies with legislative, regulatory and policy guidance, and professional standards while providing our execution teams a toolkit specifically tailored for delivery of consistently superior services.

Specifically, CrossPointTM provides proven methodologies for delivery of effective solutions for our federal government clients in the areas of audit readiness, program management and financial management. It serves as a baseline that practitioners can reference for the resources, knowledge, and skills needed to effectively address client needs and achieve success.

Todd Brymer, St. Michael’s President, stated, “We are very happy to receive this notice of allowance for St. Michael’s CrossPointTM, Success on Target.  Our best practices for client success are located in this publication and represent countless hours of dedication by our practitioners to document our methodologies.  We look forward to using and refining CrossPointTM to deliver superior service to our clients.”
